At the recent Pocomoke City Mayor and Council meeting Chief Hancock presented former Councilwoman Esther Troast with an honorary badge and a certificate of appreciation for her many years of service to the city and her never ending commitment and support of the Pocomoke City Police Department. You will be missed but will forever remain in our hearts.
